Shipping:

Free shipping applies only to orders of $100 and over shipped to the continental 48 States. Orders totaling less than $100 will be charged a flat $10 shipping charge.

Some items, including especially large or heavy items, do not qualify for free shipping. Items exempt from free shipping are at the sole discretion of Elite Recreation LLC.

Pricing:

Products and rentals listed on EliteRecreation.com are listed at the most current pricing available. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns:

All returns must be preapproved and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which can be obtained through the website. Any product returned without an RA# will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee. All items returned must be shipped prepaid freight, no CODs will be accepted.

Items returned for full refund must be in new, unused, condition and in its original packaging. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied if item cannot be resold.

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date.

Warranties:

Elite Recreation only sells the highest quality products in the industry. If a product is found to be defective or damaged due to manufacturer defect, Elite Recreation will repair, replace, or give refund at its sole discretion. As a general rule, Elite Recreation follows manufacturer warranty policies when determining repair, replacement, etc.
